How can I cancel or modify my online room reservation, and what are the guidelines for visit?

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
* Please inquire at the reservation desk (+82-2-3288-3377) for any charges and cancellations.
* Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 4 days before the scheduled stay. After this period, cancellation and no-show will result in a 100% penalty of the accommodation fee.
Visit Guidelines:
* We recommend wearing light clothing and comfortable shoes suitable for trekking.
* Admission fees are included when stay at the Mountain House.
* Check-in and check-out to be conducted at Ticket Booth.
* Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (late check-in requires prior inquiry), and check-out is at 11:00 AM the next day.
* Romyzian Garden, a forest of healing and reflection, restricts the consumption of alcohol and the introduction of outside food during the stay (snacks are allowed).
* Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, cooking is not allowed, and outside food is not permitted.

Romyzian Garden operates year-round from 9 AM to 5 PM without a break.
Admission is possible until 4 PM, one hour before closing. Entrance tickets can be purchased on-site or online (Naver reservation).
